Predictions for 2012: General and for each zodiac sign

Well here we are-2012 has finally arrived and this will be the year where more and more people will begin to experience the shift of our planet and the new energy coming into the world. This year is the beginning of our transformation into living in a world that recognizes that there are dimensions that exist beyond the 3-D world. Many of you will feel as though you suddenly have “energy sensors” attached to your skin because an additional sense of psychic knowing or perceiving is now very apparent to you.

For starters we will see vast changes in the educational system and more schools will begin to use cyber classrooms because they recognize that the students are more inclined to learn better by using the latest computer technology. The way that we socialize is not limited to interaction within our own environment since accessing those at a distance is now only a Nano second away.

This will also be a year for major health breakthroughs and the importance of “energy medicine” is recognized as holding the healing code for most ailments. How we process our beliefs about our own health is what programs us for the success rate of healing ourselves.

There will be a big movement toward spiritualism as opposed to organized religions. The Catholic Church will experience further decline and the Vatican’s participation in funding certain political agendas will dwindle down as the Church’s financial situation becomes more strained.

Big banks that were bailed out will once again experience major setbacks as consumers become tired of the money games, bank fees and “stick-it-up your ass” tactics of major financial institutions. Smaller banks and credit unions flourish and will become more popular with the public.

This is also the year where we begin to let go of FEAR. What the hell are we afraid of anyway? Fear comes from a sense of losing control and uncertainty. The year 2012 brings with it a vibrant energy that helps us realize that what we once feared can now be transmuted through the use of positive thought energy to become part of our spiritual learning curve and show us that within every dark moment there is still a glimpse of light that will open up once you learn to move toward it. Even the moth knows to move toward the flame.

The duality of the Universe exists around us and within us. The Yin and Yang; sperm and egg; positive and negative forces of nature constantly come together and create an ever changing environment for you to consciously experience. The development of the consciousness will be further studied this year, 2012, and we will gain a new perspective and appreciation for diversity because it shows the endless possibilities that come from creation.

There are a few things that may happen in 2012 that may seem more “downer” than “upper” but these circumstances give us the opportunity to come together and help one another through tough times. We will realize that help doesn’t just exist in the physical sense because the healing vibrations from collective positive thinking can bring about almost instantaneous healing results. Remember the membrane that once separated the limited 3-D earthly, material consciousness is now thinning out to make the realms of their higher dimensions of consciousness more accessible to us.

Here is a list of some 2012 headlines and I will add more as I access the Akashic Records, which is a compendium of mystical knowledge encoded in a non-physical plane of existence.

· I feel that there will be an accident around an amusement that will draw a lot of attention. I see a Ferris wheel or ride that sits up in the air.

· An ancient site, most likely in the Middle East, will partially be destroyed due to an earthquake, explosion or major mud slide.

· I recommend that major water dams be checked because I feel that there is an accident that could possibly be averted before severe damage is done. Look for safety breeches. The planet Neptune is back home in its sign of Pisces alerting us to be more mindful of anything to do with water. The waters of the world may at times this year be a cause for concern ranging from oil spills, damaging storms and tsunamis

· There will be a movement to stop the over use of anti-depressant drugs and the long term damaging effects of these drugs will become apparent to consumers.

· A Nordic country usually known for peace and calm may make headlines due to riots and or violence.

· India, Indonesia and China experience the forces of Mother Nature this year as crazy storms batter those areas.

· New hope for couples who have trouble conceiving due to break through research in how emotional vibrations influence the success rate of pregnancies.

· As people become more savvy as to what is going on in the world around them due to advances in technology we may also find that laws are put in place that will compromise some of our basic freedoms in an attempt for those in power to try and stay in control. 2012 lets freedom ring so “bye, bye” power mongers on both personal and global levels.

· Life and an existence of our consciousness after physical death is a strong topic this year and there will be many discussions, talk shows, books and movies that embrace this subject.

Now for my predictions for each sign of the zodiac for 2012:

· Aries: The planet, Uranus, is more so than ever igniting your adventurous nature. This year you reinvent yourself and possibly consider starting your own business or changing careers. The urge to pioneer a new cause or new you is very strong.

· Taurus: This year may be relatively calm in comparison to the upheaval of last year. You experienced what it is like to be pushed out of your comfort zone possibly as a preparation for a move, relationship change or even for a new way of thinking. Things flow along and November of 2012 offers you the opportunity to once again embrace some changes but with a more evolved attitude.

· Gemini: The roller coaster ride you have been on over the past two to three years is about to end. May and June will be significant months for you and there will be a final settlement of both relationship and financial issues. Who you thought you wanted may not be the one for you after all. Think before accepting any long term offers.

· Cancer: Living in the past is not supported by the new energy coming in so let bygones be bygones. You can’t change people; you can only change yourself so don’t fight any losing battles. Know when to move on. July is a pivotal month for you where you decide who and what are most important to you. Reaching out to an old love mends the fence.

· Leo: Your career is highlighted this year and May is the month of new opportunities. Relinquish the need to always be in control and be open to the help from others. An Aquarian or Aries plays an important role in your life this year and helps you move forward.

· Virgo: The year starts off with Mars rolling through your sign giving you the energy to take action. Just be careful not to let action turn into aggravation especially from late January to April when Mars goes retrograde. Relationships both personal and professional may take center stage until July because that is when things calm down a little for you. Money making opportunities come your way in February so stay alert and maybe even buy yourself a lottery ticket. Mixed feeling may arise concerning travel this spring. Don’t go if you don’t want to go.

· Libra: Saturn is almost out of your sign where it has been for almost three years putting you to the test and trying your patients. Your almost about to receive the rewards for all of your prior hard work so just hang in a little longer because by September you will have reached your long awaited for goals. Libra’s are usually relationship people but this is the year where you diligently work on the relationship with yourself and achieve a nice balance in your life.

· Scorpio: Get ready because the next eclipse cycle on the Scorpio/Taurus axis is about to begin in November of this year. Changes in relationships are almost certain and signing legal documents may bring you a windfall. Your uncanny intuitive abilities are sharper than ever giving you a jump on the “what next.”

· Sagittarius: There are plenty of fish in the sea so be mindful before making a commitment to only one person, who may be attached to a lot of past drama. This year you strive to make the most out of your career and realize that the one person that you can always count on is YOU. March through July makes you the center of attention and offers come in from all angles. Look before you leap.

· Capricorn: Hard work does pay off and you will finally realize the results of all your past efforts. You may become more philosophical this year and possible even consider becoming active in community affairs or politics. The wise Cappie knows when to relinquish control and put the Ego aside especially when negotiating important contracts or deals. Let go of relationships that hold you back and stay focused on your path.

· Aquarius: You are coming into your own this year and the world is your oyster. Just remember that the irritation from the sand is what causes the pearl inside the oyster to form so minor frustrations are a necessary evil in order to reach your goals. A relationship that is right for you or possibly a career boosting opportunity is right around the corner in mid-February. Big changers ahead for you by September.

· Pisces: The dark horse finishes first and you may even surprise yourself with the success of your endeavors. Don’t let emotions give you any false illusions. Stay in the present moment at all times for assured success. This year be good to yourself and let others finally take care of themselves. Dreams come true for you and this summer will be much better than last summer when you may have felt caught between the dimensions of time and space.

This year is not an ending year but rather a year filled with the opportunities to change, transform, evolve and become as light in frequency as our technology. We are catching up on what it is like to live in a world that is defined by frequency and light as opposed to all the weight and mass of the heavy material shit. 2012 Countdown to Transformation

Recently I have been bombarded with questions from freaked out clients who fear the ushering in of the year 2012. It seems that all of the hype about the end of the Mayan Calendar is causing a lot of people to find one more thing to worry about. Will it be the end of the world? Will there be some major cataclysms? Where are the safe zones?

Relax and chill. If I thought that 2012 was going to bring an end to the world I would max out my visa card and have one hell of a last Christmas-well come to think of it I did kind of go over budget this year. Merry Christmas kids.

Remember all of the hype about the Y2K Millennium bug that was supposed to cause a computer crisis and how about worries concerning 9 September 1999 (albeit lesser compared to those generated by Y2K). Because this date could also be written in the numeric format 9/9/99, it could have conflicted with the date value 9999, frequently used to specify an unknown date. Fears arose that some programs might unexpectedly terminate on that date. Whew. We survived, no big deal. Now let’s get back to the ominous year 2012.

I am excited about 2012. It will be a year that begins to usher in our long awaited for consciousness upgrade. We are on the door steps to the next phase of our evolution and spiritual awareness. By spiritual awareness I am not talking about religious dogma but rather an awareness that we also possess an energy body that is the motherboard for our physical body. Our extrasensory senses beyond our physical senses are about to become more acutely attuned to the new earth vibration as our planet moves within the Milky Way Galaxy and edges closer to the higher frequency zone near the galactic center. The era of illusion and religious dogma is about to give way to one of living our truth as we welcome in the coming Age of Aquarius. This new age will bring in the energy of transformation and elevate man into a higher consciousness.

We are in the midst of a dimensional shift that the Mayans marked with the end of their calendar or should I say 13-Baktun cycle of the Mayan Long Count slated to end on the winter solstice which is December 21, 2012. As this cycle ends a new cycle will begin. At that time there will be a close conjunction of the Winter Solstice Sun with the crossing point of the Galactic Equator (Equator of the Milky Way) and the Ecliptic (path of the Sun) forming a cosmic cross. The last time this happened was 25,800 years ago. This long awaited for galactic alignment will set us up for an evolutionary up-grade along with a recalibration to our relationship with “time.” This is not the end of the world as much as it is the end of how we experience “time” and our world from the vantage point of higher consciousness which is set alight by a new high speed cycle of cosmic frequency. Time is often referred to as the fourth dimension and our shift into a new “wireless plan” from the Universe allows for us to surpass time and move into the fifth dimension where we have a range of perception beyond our five physical senses.

Look around and you will begin to notice that some of the people, young adults, and unusually sensitive kids are really the proto types for our next evolutionary step into a world where frequency matters more than physical matter. The Indigos, Crystal and Star children help us prepare to live in the world of higher frequency as they push forward with their efforts to make us a kinder, gentler specie that no longer is held captive by false beliefs, materialism, oppressive governments, fear consciousness and medical victimization. These people are the pioneers into a world that is more defined by energy and light. They are the visionaries and revolutionaries who for example, “Occupy Wall Street” and risk a hell of a lot in order to show us the false illusions, fears and corrupt systems that have held us back for so long. They are paving the way for us to get ready to move into a higher dimension of consciousness beyond the 3-D world. Materialism is out and energy is in.

The year 2012 is not the beginning of the end but rather the springboard leading into a new beginning where we will experience a heightened awareness that will ignite our extrasensory senses and enable us to fully experience the realms beyond the third dimension of consciousness. Jeez…could it be that we are surpassing our own technology? We will be getting our “new human apps” complete with telepathic texting. Sweet!

This is an amazing and exciting time for all of us who choose to evolve along with our planet into the dimensions of higher consciousness. According to the dictionary consciousness is:

Mercury Retrograde: Hermes in time for the holidays

How come Mercury always seems to go retrograde right around the holidays? I guess it isn’t a bad thing if you are up for a reunion (a Mercury retrograde special) or maybe for a refund (fat chance-I’m still waiting for Verizon to send me my long overdue refund check) but shopping during a Mercury retrograde sets you up for possible returns and merchandise recalls not to mention acid reflux too. Anything that starts with an "re" is usually Mercury retrograde related.

I was looking at my son’s Christmas list and most of the shit that he is asking for is electronic which means that I have roughly seven days before the retrograde starts to do some power shopping or eleven days after the retrograde to hope everything that he asked for isn’t sold out. Maybe I should just play 711 and give him the cash if the number comes out.

My older son and daughter most likely will get gifts of clothing so I better hurry up and whip out my credit card and do some online shopping because no one fears the return line and confused seasonal sales help more than me especially during a Mercury retrograde. Last year during Mercury retrograde my daughter made a purchase of gift cards and charged them on her Visa. Big mistake. She was charged hundreds of dollars for the three $50.00 gift cards all because an employee who was having problems with the register (Mercury retrograde) swiped her credit card a zillion times before she finally realized that her machine wasn’t working properly. I looked at my daughter and I said “should I tell her about the retrograde?”

What is the Mercury retrograde good for you may wonder? It is a great time to clean out your karma closet and delete any emotional imbalances from your aura, your spiritual energy field. As we approach 2012 we will be shifting into a new frequency from the Photon Belt in the Milky Way Galaxy. This shift emphasizes our spiritual awakening and the onset of our psychic evolution. It is highly recommended that you clear out any negative emotional codes from your subtle energy body, the aura, before downloading the upgraded consciousness package of 2012.

I was explaining the upcoming Mercury retrograde to a client and I suggested that she use this time effectively to clean out her aura and lighten her load. She looked at me for a minute and then asked “What kind of bag is an aura? I don’t think that I have one.” (A very blonde moment even though I am also a blonde) I explained that the aura is where we carry a lot of our emotional imprints from daily living and sometimes we carry and hold on to emotions along with false beliefs that are of a low vibration which invites negativity into our personal arena. Now is the time to re-boot you consciousness and delete any of the old shit that hangs you up.

A little Mercury retrograde ritual that I like much more than return lines, delayed transportation, and electrical snafus is one of removing negativity from my life. This is a simple yet very effective way to clean out the negativity from your life that you do not want to carry into the transitionary year of 2012 leading toward a mass spiritual awakening. You will need a bowl of spring water, parchment paper cut into stripes, Anna Riva Exodus Oil and some sea salt. Aim to do this ritual during the Full Moon Lunar eclipse of December 10^th.

Put a circle of sea salt around the bowl that you plan to use. The salt acts as a protective circle to keep your energy concentrated. On the stripes of parchment paper write down what you want to let go of as far as negative emotional memories go then fold the stripes in half and place them into the bowl of water. For example write down that you want to let go of the fear of financial failure, the grudge that you hold toward your “X’, the memory of being hurt or ignored-you get the picture. Get rid of all the junk in your aura’s spam folder. Once you finished placing your papers in the water, drip a few drops of the Exodus oil into the bowl and swirl it around using the index finger of your primary hand, swirling counter clock wise thirty three times (33). Finish the ritual by saying “I release and cut the cords of the negative strings that bind me to repeated patterns and useless worries. I am free to create a more balanced and purposeful life. Blessed Be.” Let the water settle for a few minutes and then discard it along with the paper into a hole that you dig in the ground or flush them away in your toilet.

The trickster god, Mercury the messanger, AKA Hermes, may get things ass end backwards during this three week back spin period but hopefully I gave you something worthwhile to do during this next retrograde that helps you chill out and enjoy the holidays.

A Lotta "PSI" Balls

Halloween is right around the corner and I thought that it would be fitting to write a blog that addressed psychic balls. Get your mind out of the gutter and your brain waves back to Alpha state because I am referring to energy orbs that are associated with spirit energy, emotional energy, and created thought form “Psi” balls

The first time a psychic mentor told me about “Psi” balls, I thought that she was talking about a new sorority or fraternity party drink. Little did I realize that she was schooling me on emotional energy that seems to have an intelligent movement to it which is usually associated with paranormal activity. These “Psi” balls are around us at all times not just in haunted houses or in graveyards. Depending on your level of awareness you may even see them or feel them as you move throughout your day. It is quite possible that unknowingly you also may be creating emotional energy “Psi’ balls and hurling them at others as if you were in a snowball, I mean “Psi” ball fight.

You might be familiar with orbs or “Psi” balls from watching the Wizard of Oz. The good witch, Glinda, appeared to Dorothy first as a ball of light that floated close to her before materializing into the benevolent witch of the North. She was a positive energy experience. Some orbs are creepy. Orbs, such as the ones associated with haunted places are basically left over emotional energy that has its own frequency and in essence is a recording of an energy imprint left upon the premises. Some orbs can turn into a mist or a fog that appears to take shape indicating that you made contact with a very strong energy imprint because for a spirit to download into a form definitely takes more EMF’s (electromagnetic frequency) power.

Orbs are generally transparent with a diameter greater than five inches. You can see right through an orb the same way that you can see through a lying bastard. They often appear behind solid objects or in corners of a room since that is where emotional energy has a tendency to collect. Make sure that what you are sensing is a paranormal orb because sometimes dust balls will appear as an orb to the untrained eye. Genuine orbs will often change in size, color and movement showing that there is a definite frequency associated with what you are viewing.

How many times have you taken a photo and noticed an orb screwing up what you thought would be a perfectly shot picture? If you take photos in the direction of the sun, or other light sources you may think that you captured something paranormal in origin but in reality you are just a shitty photographer who managed to pick up a reflection. In photos of people the genuine orbs are most likely found around the head and shoulder area and have an almost illuminating effect. This is most likely the energy from a spirit guide or from someone on the other side of the veil who is keeping a watchful eye. Dark dense orbs hanging around you or appearing in photos may indicate attachment to some strong, disturbing emotional energy and in extreme cases it may point to a pending illness or a negative spirit possession. Colored orbs are usually the “Psi”balls or thoughtform energy that we constantly generate throughout the day. The same way that a jeweler can determine the quality of a diamond is the same way that you can classify the sparkles that you see floating around you. Size, clarity, color and shape of an orb are clues as to what type of energy you may be dealing with. Bright colors have a higher vibration whereas dark muddy colors indicate some nasty energy,

It is possible for us, still here in material form, to produce an orb of emotional energy. Here is another childhood example for you to ponder upon to make it easier for you to grasp the concept of orbs. In the story of Peter Pan, there is a moment when Peter's shadow gets disconnected from him, and goes flying off on its own. This is equivalent to emotional energy that we sometimes unknowing send out to others. You may have thought that those “floaters” or “halos “you sometimes see were the precursor to a migraine headache which usually produce such orbs but it also very well could be that someone has been thinking about you intently and the orb of energy made its way toward you. Makes you wonder if some headaches are actually a form of psychic attack. Highly trained psychics and mystics know how to project a portion of their energy essence out into the world in order to get some work done on the other side of the earthly dimension.

You can even intentionally create “Psi” balls or orbs by playing with the energy available to you. Just rub your hands together to build up some frequency or feel around the room and decide what naturally occurring energy you would like to grab onto. You can feel energy flowing between your palms if you hold your hands about eight inched apart. As you begin to slowly move your hands in and out the energy will begin to take shape. Once you get a nice ball of energy going you can next infuse it with either a color or a thoughtform to be sent out as a paranormal FedEx to your intended recipient. Careful…Don’t send out any dark shit because energy has a way of returning to its source.

Last Halloween I went on a ghost hunt through some designated haunted sites in Philadelphia, PA and I managed to get a few pictures of orbs that I psychically felt were emotional imprints from the people who had at one time lived in those places. They left a paranormal recorded diary of sorts to serve as a testimony to their association with certain events and places that basically can still be tuned into if you adjust your own frequency to facilitate tuning into their emotional energy imprints. The haunted graveyards are full of orbs of emotional energy left behind more so from grieving people than from ghostly spirits…although there were a few misty fogs streaming behind the headstones. In a sense the people from the past still live on but only in another dimension. I know that it takes a lot of (Psi) balls to admit that is what is really going on in places that have a strong emotional energy attached to them but” it is what it is.”

Energy is all around us and awareness is your fine tuner. You can walk into a room and feel the energy of whatever is going on inside of that space and when the room empties out look around and see if anybody left a stray though form orb floating around the area. The more you focus your awareness the easier it will become for you to sense, feel, change, and identify energy. Halloween is a great time of year to see if you can conjure up or make contact with some orbs because it is the time when the veil between the worlds or dimensions is at its thinnest making access to the paranormal realms a hell of a lot easier.

Making "Scents" of the Awakening Shift

I believe that there is hardly anyone out there who has not experienced some of the symptoms of the vibrational shift in consciousness that is going on right now. If you have been following my last few blogs you probably have an idea of how as a species, we are shifting and changing to experience our full potential of being both physical and spiritual in order to live an enhanced existence. We are being up-graded to tune into the frequencies of higher consciousness, psychic knowing and creative manifestation. Sound good so far?

The shift that you are now going through will actually recalibrate your own personal frequency to the new wave of higher consciousness. Lately you may have felt restless, confused, impatient, overly tired or overly buzzed which can all be attributed to the Earth shifting therefore causing your own channels to experience static and interruptions. As you shift into higher consciousness the necessity of letting go of the things that no longer relate to your own vibration can actually cause you to lose your own valuable wattage. Emotional baggage hoarders now have to clean their consciousness closets or risk losing a lot of light which is energy.

Draining dead-end jobs, bad relationships, processed foods, the evening news in addition to all of the changes you may be going through as you shift and ascend into your more authentic self can really set you up for low voltage if you don't watch your ass-Opps! I mean Amps.

And then, there are the frequencies from interacting with others-some highs and some real downers.

Studies have shown that, in only three seconds, merely being in the company of an asshole can lower a healthy person's frequency by 8MHz. Holding a conversation with the asshole in the same three seconds lowers a person's frequency by 14 MHz. Without intervention, it can take about three days for that person's frequency to return to normal.

You have to start living consciously in the "NOW" moment and start to note who, what and where leave you feeling drained. Let’s face it-Darwin is out and Designer Species are in. By Designer Species I mean that it is time for us all to finally get a grip and realize that at some point in time an advanced species of beings decided to play around with our genetic make –up and mix their genes with our genes. This has been hidden from us for thousands of years because a faction of our society that holds this hidden knowledge saw cause to use it as a form of control and empowerment for themselves.

It is time to realize that Earth has to stop being such a Narsacistic planet and open up to the possibilities that we are not alone in the Universe and we are definitely not the only planet capable of hosting a species with higher intelligence. A lot of you reading this blog may already be experiencing some of the emotional symptoms of the energy shift associated with spiritual awakening, advanced extrasensory perception and even some of the physical changes that are morphing us into a species more suited for connecting with others both globally and galactically.

Yes, I did say galactically. As a race of people we are now moving into another frequency band within our own galaxy, the Milky Way, which will make us privy to tuning into information that goes beyond Sirius and XM Satellite radio. We are actually part of the new intergalactic technology, an advanced, extrasensory model of the base model human. Frequency has become the new fingerprint as a way to identify who is who and what is up.

Did you ever notice that little device on the hood of cars that have satellite radio? Well, physically you can expect better reception from the new frequency coming into Earth's atmosphere all due to a few modifications in your current physical form. In last month’s blog I addressed the Buddha Belly and as promised this month’s blog will clue you in on the elongated cranial area we can all expect to have, otherwise known as the "cone dome."

You see, once upon a time there were intelligent beings other than humans on this planet. These visitors at some point crossed their genetic makeup with that of Earth's inhabitants giving us capabilities beyond our wildest dreams but they also knew that we wouldn't be a threat to them as long as we didn't have access to the frequency codes that would raise our energy high enough to tune in and activate the additional strands of our DNA commonly referred to as junk DNA. Makes you wonder-Who's your Daddy?

Some of the visitors to Earth thousands of years ago may have had elongated heads as we can tell from ancient skulls that have been excavated. The huge cone domes were necessary because the pineal gland or third eye, attributed to the awakening of our psychic senses, at one time was the size of a lemon compared to the pea size it is today due to atrophy from not using the damn thing. As man dissolved to become more human and less of his spiritual nature (spirit meaning as in subtle, energy, frequency nature) his head shrunk down because the third seeing, psychic eye was shutting down. Some ancient cultures didn't like the smaller, rounder heads so they would wrap an infants skull and try to encourage the cone dome appearance. Jeez! To think that I would methodically move my kids heads around when they were infants sleeping in a crib so they would have nicely shaped heads not knowing that I should have left the cone dome that they were born with alone.

The shift of planet Earth into a new frequency band will once again activate and awaken the pineal gland which in turn tunes us all in and should start to elevates us sensory wise so we become more perceptive. Empathy will replace apathy and having access to our extrasensory, psychic senses will hopefully make us more aware and tuned into the higher vibrations that allow for us to manifest and co-create a more authentic life for ourselves and also help us to better serve the collective consciousness of the planet. We need to evolve and ascend or risk extinction. Seriously!

Francis Crick, an English physicist, molecular biologist and neuroscientist, who was one of the discovers of the structure of DNA , didn't think the DNA molecule could have developed in only 5 or 6 million years (we had help) , he also speculated that we are a hybrid of an earth and an alien species. Just to throw in a little dogma, even the bible tells of "gods" mating with humans.

Well the time has come for us to start to experience our recessive genes in the form of extrasensory senses like telepathy, clairvoyance, telekinesis just to name a few of our new party tricks along with some of great,graet,graet, graet,great, great, great.......granddaddy’s physical attributes, like the elongated skull and big pineal gland (I said pineal NOT penis). The new frequency that Earth is tuning into because of changes with our Sun and the shifting of Earth's poles helps us evolve beyond 3-D consciousness and become socialized within the ever changing galactic communities that communicate through frequencies. Houston we have lift off.

Look around because you might start to notice that members of the newer generations like the Indigos, Crystals, Rainbow and Star children for some reason all seem to have larger foreheads. Even younger guys are showing more dome due to early hair loss as a result of the shifting cranial area. Women look in the mirror and wonder if they suddenly need a brow lift because their forehead seems to have shifted up a few notches making their eyebrows seem miles away from their hairline. Shit! This energy shift and physical evolution would have to come about now, especially since I finally have grown my bangs out. Can't we just attach an antenna to our "old" style of head and still pick up the higher frequencies of the awakening energy shift?

Start getting use to living in a world where tuning in to the vibrations and waves of frequency make it possible to move into a higher consciousness where feelings and thoughts manifest into your created reality and the peacefulness that comes from realizing that "matter" doesn't really "matter" as much as you once thought that it did. We are finally at a place in our evolution where we can free ourselves from unnecessary attachments to "things" that weigh us down like lead weights and keep us distracted from experiencing the magick of our true birth right which is to be an extrasensory, co-creator of the wondrous Universe-with long cone shaped heads.

It is now all about energy and vibrations. We're changing physically, evolving spiritually and becoming lighter beings. We are streaming with the creative frequency of the Universe and discovering that there is a consciousness beyond limited 3-d thinking. We limit our choices when we limit our mind.

So polish up your new elongated, frequency sensing cone dome that harbors your awakening third eye pineal gland and start to tune into a world of unlimited possibilities.

What's With The Buddha Belly?

Jeez! Is it just me or have you also noticed the epidemic of "Buddha Belly" going on?

Everywhere I go I see a lot of people who for the most part appear thin except for a very noticeable Buddha Belly. A Buddha Belly is just what the name implies-a rather round and protruding belly.

Now this blog by no means is meant to offend anyone out there who has a few extra pounds, especially around the middle but it is rather to serve as an inspiration to clue you in on your ascension into a lighter being. Yeah-I did say lighter even considering the Buddha Belly.

Aside from the obvious you may be wondering, what the hell is a Buddha Belly? Should you just ditch the abs workout and skip your next yoga class since Buddha Belly syndrome may befall you no matter how hard you work out? Relax. This is just a temporary condition as your body reconfigures itself to accommodate the new higher frequency coming in for our ascension into more awakened, extrasensory beings.

The following information is to help put your mind at ease so the next time you try to get in to your skinny jeans you don’t freak out if they are tight around the middle even if you have been living on salads and yogurt for the past month. The Buddha Belly is different than a beer belly or the puffy middle caused by eating too many salty tortilla chips with salsa on the side.

I don't want to scare the shit out of you but, both the lungs and diaphragm are gonna grow so we can experience conscious breath, which is the ability to breathe deeply and with purpose so that the oxygen we breathe in can be converted into eight types of blood sugar. Wow! All along I thought a pack of Twinkies and a frozen Margareta could put my blood sugar through the roof but looks like purposeful breathing can do the same thing without all the calories. Who knew?

The amped up blood sugar feeds our new crystalline cellular structure that is part of the ascension package and this structure has a much higher metabolic rate, so much higher in fact that you could not eat enough shit to sustain the crystalline form. So, in order to collect oxygen for the new cell structure, the diaphragm has to extend over the ribs, creating more room for the oxygen to be collected as it passes from the lungs to the circulatory system. This new diaphragm will cause the entire ribcage to shift and grow with the organ itself protruding through the ribcage itself. Lovely!

They say as Buddha got closer to ascending his belly got huge due to his diaphragm enlarging to accommodate the whole ascension process. This puts to rest the rumors that Buddha was eating too much sodium laced General Tso's chicken.

In addition to the diaphragm, the deluxe ascension package also comes with four new organs that are about to make their debut the further you ascend. This should really shake up the traditional medical profession who hates all of this "ascension, energy medicine, new paradigm" talk anyway. Two of these organs are for getting any decay out of your system. They act as filters for the body's new crystalline structure. The new crystalline cellular structures are more durable and don't die off every seven years the way that your old system renewed itself. You get eternal mileage out of the new ascended structure. Old cells that die during the ascension process into the crystalline form are filtered out by two of the four new organs. The new organs will reside slightly above the hipbone, expanding the size of the lower belly. Can we use this as an excuse for looking puffy as opposed to the usual "it must be water weight?"

The other two new organs that will be under the ribcage just above the kidneys will produce a new kind of cell that holds photon energy. Starting to sound like a Superman Buddha Comic book yet? During ascension, photon energy is collected and distributed to every cell allowing for the infusion of light into the form. This occurs a little at a time and begins to make our form less dense. These glands that collect the photon energy and distribute it throughout the body also increase the size of the mid-drift and waistline in ascension. I think that I'm gonna throw up.

Now chill out. Your ascension into the next phase of man will not render you looking like a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon or nine months pregnant permanently. The physical body has to synch up with the frequency of the up-graded subtle body and morph into one streamlined, less dense body. In all honesty, the concept models always look a little weird at first until we shift into a more progressive way of looking at things.

Don't panic if you don't have a Buddha Belly. It doesn't mean that you will be one of the left behind as everyone else ascends into a higher more extrasensory being. You may be one of the lucky ones who have cleared out a lot of karma and because of your openness to higher frequency your transformation may not be as openly obvious to everyone. You got it (the awakening code) so you don't get it (the Buddha Belly)

The big question is how do you tell a Buddha Belly from a Budweiser belly? People who are in the process of changing frequency will exhibit other symptoms during the transition stage and some of these strange aches, pains and re-distributing of weight will most likely mimic menopause symptoms, even for the men too. Great just what the world needs, men with hot flashes, foggy memories and unexplained crying jags. Big middles as a result of over eating won't go away upon ascension like the Buddha Belly will so don't even go there and try to use the excuse that you are in the process of spiritual awakening when you know all along that you are a midnight eater. If you are naturally a little on the round side then look for other signs of ascension going on with your body for example, unexplained pains in your feet not caused by Christian Louboutin shoes that are too tight or foggy hearing as you begin to tune in the satellite stations of the spirit world on the other side of the veil.

You see, we are evolving at a very fast rate and as we change additional strands of our DNA that were considered "Junk DNA' are now activating and basically throwing our whole electrical grounding system out of whack. We are down loading new cosmic applications on a daily basis but because we don't have a guide book or spiritual anatomy book to reference as of yet (don't worry-I'm writing one as long as I can concentrate beyond five minutes to get my thoughts down on paper) we are all left to wonder why we can't get our shit together. Could it be that there aren't enough hours in the day or are we possibly now thinking faster than we can act with thoughts flying in one after the other leaving us dazed and confused?

Time as we know it is an illusion of hours that helps us formulate our days so we can get things done. We are now processing thought energy at a faster frequency which basically screws up our consciousness of time and contributes to the feeling of confusion we experience as we recalibrate ourselves to sync up to the cosmic clock.

Great! Now that you understand why you have been feeling so confused and out of it lately should we remedy this condition by manufacturing Rolex and Fossil Watches with eight numbers instead of twelve so we can slide more easily into shorter days? We could always wear hematite rings and bracelets to help us stay grounded but in all honesty the best thing to do is realize that we are changing and get a grip on our new vibrational make up.

As crazy and fast paced as your days may seem I will let you in on some of the upsides to your new cosmic attunement. Once you accept that "blink" is the new "yawn" and what use to be five minutes is now a mere "five seconds" then you can begin to access all of the new intuitive tools that are at your disposal by realizing that you have to go "wireless" so to speak and willing disconnect from the primarily materialistic vibes of consciousness. Start to see yourself more as energy which is capable of making needed connections into a better reality for yourself.

Here is an example of how fast time can benefit you. Say for instance that you have to do something but you can't concentrate long enough to get it done because of what we call Ascension ADD. Frustrating, right? Not really if you begin to realize that your thoughts are now processing faster and if you can learn to stay grounded (very important) and formulate a clear intention of what you need to get done you will automatically sync up with the Universe and find what you need in a very synchronized way.

Here is an example of how this works. A client of mine needed to find work because she was recently laid off from her job and the bills were starting to pile up. After a few weeks of blowing her internal circuit board from constant worry she finally took my advice, centered herself, grounded out, focused on her desired result of finding income triggered by her clear intention of having what she needs when she needs it and very importantly, sleeping on it before doing anything else. She began to tune in to and attract one financial opportunity after another. Remember our thoughts are processing at a faster rate, our creation abilities are kicking in and if you stay in a negative mode well then you can expect to get shitty results. The trick is to ground yourself, focus on positive outcomes, take a nap (you'll see why later) and the rest will fall into place.

There is an inside trick to keeping up with our new "fast time" and Ascension ADD and the hidden "re-set" button is usually found right before you fall asleep and before you become fully awake.

Hypnagogia, the doorway into our other states of consciousness which occur right before falling asleep or awakening, is where our creative thoughts and intuition communicate the answers that we need and highlight clues for us to use as our personal GPS during our wakened state. We don't have to anguish over hours of looking for answers to our plights because they ultimately are provided right within ourselves. How cool is that? Aristotle and Albert Einstein were into hypnagogia and knew that it was the secret for obtaining needed information by bypassing our wakened state. We have the ability to tap into other states of consciousness, meet up with our guides along with getting a glimpse of what may lie ahead by flowing into an almost hypnotic state right before we fall asleep and also before we wake up. So how can this help you get through ADD type of days, help you focus and concentrate you may wonder?

Before you fall asleep make it a point to command your thoughts to connect into other states of consciousness (they do exist) where you seek to find the answers that you need to get you through your day. You will make contact with the needed information and the only thing that you have to learn to do next is to allow yourself to stop freaking out as you get use to tapping into what you have down loaded while in your semi sleep state. You must get accustomed to the fact and believe that everything is in Divine Order and all the knowledge you need is within you not outside of you. You are operating at a faster frequency and you are creating instantaneously by the condition of your thoughts. By the way, sleep paralysis is a common side affect of the hypnagogia state which you may have experienced at times and possibly thought that you were stroking out.

Maybe hypnagogia is the new Ritalin for our Ascension ADD. You see the brain has magnetite crystals in it's cells that act as a system to sense energy fields which explains how we are all hard wired for psychic abilities, taping into other states of consciousness and experiencing our other created realities during states of hypnagogia. Once we master using our pre-sleep/ pre-awake states as a way to fine tune our faster frequency days then we should be able to acclimate ourselves to the ever evolving and changing Universe that we live in. A lot of psychics, notably Edgar Cayce, the sleeping prophet, knew how to tap into this altered state of consciousness to psychically sense what the future would hold. The state of hypnagogia gives us the opportunity to fine tune and change the things we need to change should the perceived future not be to our liking. Remember, it is all about how your fast flying thoughts create your reality.

Tonight before you lay down to go to sleep, meditate on what you need the answers to so you can flow through your fast flying day and not be distracted by all of your thoughts hitting you at once. Instruct your mind to successfully down load all necessary information so you can easily access it during your waking hours. Focus on what you want the answers to, ask your guides to come in and trust that it will be done. Keep a pad and pen by your bed side to write down any memory you may have upon waking up but don't worry if you think that you can't remember anything from your pre-sleep or pre- awake states because it has already become part of your consciousness ready to be accessed when needed.

The more you get into the habit of using your non waking hours more efficiently then you will find that flowing with the new faster frequency will be less confusing and actually more creatively constructive. Who knows, maybe all the kids who appear to be sleeping in class are actually getting the answers to tomorrow's test.

Spirituality In a Box: Holistic or Spiritual???

Considering the shitty state of the economy, global unrest and the unveiling of the corruption behind businesses, governments and religious organizations it isn't any wonder why we are looking for something that promises salvation from the disappointment we have encountered because of our false belief systems . The systems that we assumed were put in place to assure us a better life may have left us hanging by the ballzzz... but on the bright side may have possibly spurred us toward an inner quest to look for and reclaim our own personal power.

There are tons of books and web sites that offer information on getting your authentic self together, how to connect with your spiritual side (minus the organized religious dogma) and make peace with your environment by respecting Mother Earth but unfortunately there still seems to be a line of demarcation between holistic living and spiritual living.

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary holistic means:

1: of or relating to holism

2: relating to or concerned with wholes or with complete systems rather than with the analysis of, treatment of, or dissection into parts <holistic medicine attempts to treat both the mind and the body>

The same dictionary defines the word spiritual as:

1: of, relating to, consisting of, or affecting the spirit : incorporeal ( having no material body or form)

2 : of or relating to sacred matters <spiritual songs> b : ecclesiastical rather than lay or temporal <spiritual authority> spiritual>

3: of or relating to supernatural beings or phenomena b : of, relating to, or involving spiritualism

The confusion comes in when some people believe that by opening a box of granola, rolling out their yoga mats, swearing off of non-organic foods and hugging a tree is all that they have to do to classify themselves as part of the nouveau, Secret packing enlightened group. Only one problem-the emphasis is still being put on the disposable physical body instead of the eternal energetic spirit body. You know the one that comes with an unlimited warranty that covers past, present and future lives.

Don't get me wrong. I am all for healthy living and nurturing the environment but it pisses me off when the spring water sipping group still finds it hard to wrap their head around the true nature of the spirit which is psychic and capable of extrasensory abilities. Our real powers, the ones that enable us to materialize what we need when we need it, seem to make the marketers of Spirituality in a Box uncomfortable. You can't sell somebody something if they already own it so by focusing on vitamins, alkaline drinks, group sharing and other "Kumbaya" bull-shit they manage to somehow continue to proliferate the belief that if you are healthy physically then you are spiritual. If that were the case then how come some physically fit, meditation groupies still want to kick some "organic sand" in the face of the touters of the real qualities of spirituality? Topics about inter dimensional beings, psychic attacks, teleportation, telepathy and other natural qualities of the "spirit body" still makes the granola crunchers uncomfortable and requires that such information be kept filed under obscure beliefs?

Some of these pseudo-new agers make being spiritual appear to be nothing more than a trip down the organic isle in the grocery store that finishes off with a group hug. Any topic stronger than a "shot of Reiki" or the occasional angel and intuition story makes the majority of the holistic crowd squirm because deep down inside they are still followers of organized religious doctrine who dare not believe in the "psychic world" of the so called devil. Dealing with the unseen energy versus the box that their yoga ball came in doesn't do anything for them because they are still attached, focused and overly concerned with the material, three dimensional world.

The nature of being spiritual is in recognizing that spiritual means honoring your vibes, developing your intuition, realizing that gut feelings are tuning in to something that you should know, bodily twinges along with meaningful coincidences are the result of your extrasensory spiritual abilities and are the key to having a spiritually fulfilled life-pass the brown rice please.

Some of the "weekend holistic warriors" get too caught up on the New Age treadmill and continue to focus on their physical well being. Yes, meditation, yoga, detoxing and other holistic remedies do aide in helping you to live consciously but you have to understand that when you honor your spirit first and foremost then physical health is naturally put in to place by Divine order. We clutter our lives with too much neo-spiritual chaos searching for our souls true purpose looking for a quick fix to our everyday problems. Why is it so hard to believe that all the answers and solutions that we need are held within our own self. You already have the power to create and manifest the life that you want to have. You are already equipped with extrasensory abilities that work and acknowledging that you have these psychic senses will activate them to full force.

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Don't lose site of your true nature which is one of being a spirit. Embrace all of your supernatural, paranormal experiences and know that they are part of your incorporeal self. Work on developing your psychic skills because it will make everything else fall easier into place. It's OK to have the human experience but don't forget that you are already spiritual and basically just cruising the three dimensional plane. Your perception of something becomes your experienced reality and if you want to change something then just focus on the "thought" and it will materialize. Trust in your own power.

Well I guess I better find a new day job or go back to being an avant-garde artist because everyone is suddenly becoming psychic, That's right...suddenly psychic, Harry Potterish, Samanthatized and tuned in. Did Apple find a new iPhone application for this insurgence of intuitiveness that is responsible for enhanced extrasensory perception because most people seem to be operating from a new vibe?

The truth of the matter as to why our senses beyond our five physical senses seem to be kicking in actually lies in our DNA. You see when we were created we were pre-wired for an advanced way of living because our creator knew that at some point we would have to be able to adapt to an ever changing and evolving Universe. Basically if things don't change they die off so theoretically we have to be able to accommodate and adapt to an expanding consciousness, faster frequencies and remote control channel changing from the Cosmos.

During the year 2011 as we move toward 2012 we are getting closer to the eye point, or galactic center of the Milky Way Galaxy where we will be exposed to a faster frequency of cosmic waves . Basically, these lighter waves of electromagnetic energy affecting planet Earth and its inhabitants will directly activate additional strands of our DNA and advance our evolution. This open energy portal in the galactic center beams higher frequency energy waves that bounce off of the sun and then are transmitted to us. These waves are called torsion waves. In the 1950s Russian astrophysicist Nikolai Kozyrev discovered that torsion waves are linked to consciousness, and that our thoughts also produce these waves. As you can imagine people thought that he was nuts and he got a lot of shit for even putting that notion out there for all to ponder.

I didn't realize that crystals, gems, and stones had so many medical, holistic, and magickal uses until I had a conversation the other day with Gail, a friend of mine, who is an expert when it comes to "energy stones." After I got off the phone with her I could hardly wait until I ran upstairs to dump out my jewelery box to see what was in my personal gem stone pharmacy. I dug around specifically looking for the Citrine ring that I had purchased over a decade ago, especially now that I was just enlightened by my friend that Citrine is one stone that really rocks. It aides in memory function and I was wishing that I had a piece of it as I rummaged through velvet boxes trying to remember where I put that damn ring.

As soon as I found the right box containing my Citrine ring I put the little gem on my finger and waited to feel the calm that wearing it is suppose to impart upon the wearer. Some Yogis suggest wearing this stone on the index or ring finger of the right hand for optimum results. Ring finger wins. It's too tight for my index finger. Citrine is great to wear if you are going out for Mexican or Indian food since it eases stomach tension and aids in digestion. This stone also relieves the symptoms of PMS and menopause so for any guys out there who fear the hormonal changes of their ladies quick run out and buy her a nice piece of Citrine jewelery. You might wonder if she stopped bitching at you because of Citrine's calming powers or maybe she just shut-up because you finally gave her a gift for no reason at all. My personal reasons for searching for this ring among my many pieces of jewelry is because it brings on prosperity and increases finances. Maybe Wall Street should consider paving the streets with some pretty polished Citrine blocks in order to help us recover from all the damage that they have done to our economy. I might have to consider hocking my precious Citrine to bring on that prosperity that the stone promises to impart upon its owner.

Since my birthstone is an Amethyst you can only imagine the motherload I have of this beautiful stone. Some of my pieces are cut and faceted while other pieces are in the stone's naturally beautiful, unpolished state. Amethyst has long been called the "sobriety stone," and boy, would that have come in handy during my teen years when I was suppose to be attending school night study groups instead of drinking parties behind the school. Amethyst helps ease the withdrawl symptoms from any kind of addiction so stock up on this stone if you plan on kicking any bad habits. I love having this stone as my birthstone and I should wear it more often, especially since it is also a real gem when it comes to developing psychic ability. Amethyst also protects one from thieves and protects travelers. It might be a good stone to carry around in the 'hood, but just don't flash it around unless you intend to hold it up in front of your attackers and watch them magickally back away from you. If that doesn't work you can always hit them over the head with your piece of Amethyst and then run like hell.

My next find in my personal treasure hunt was my Aquamarine necklace. I really needed to find it because this stone will get rid of water retention. (Since I was munching on tortilla chips while I was assessing my cache of gems I must have consumed at least a trillion grams of sodium.) It is also said to assist with quick intellectual response so this is a great stone to have around especially if you have to come up with a quick bullshit answer for some reason or another.

As I continued to dig through my jewelry box I came upon a cluster of Hematite bracelets, all magnetized and stuck together. Hematite is known as a "stone for the mind" and it helps with original logical thinking, and mathematics. Maybe I should wear it as I balance my checkbook and stretch the dollar until the president's face on the front smiles. Physically, it has been used to keep the body cool so I might consider packing on the Hematite during the sweltering summer months in order to keep my air conditioner bill down.

I came upon a Tanzanite ring that I had forgotten I bought years ago. Tanzanite is called a "stone of magic" that helps with spiritual awareness and psychic insight. It is also sometimes called the "workaholic's stone." This is because it helps you slow down and take it easy when you wear it or hold it in your hands .I believe that a lot of postal workers must wear this stone because every time I go to the post office I wait in a line that is never ending and also never moving.

Upon opening the door to the cabinet I get a straight on hit of energy. I feel like I am mainlining cosmic coke once I reach inside to examine each piece and gently wipe off any surface dust. The Clear Quartz clusters in my display case are extremely powerful. Shit! I can even tune into satellite radio when I touch them without even going out to my car stereo.

The Rose Quartz Obelisk piece that I cherish always puts out a soft and gentile energy when I hold it and the exotic piece of Black Tourmaline reminds me that it is there for the "holding" should I require some self-control in balancing extremes. This is an especially good stone to take shopping so you don't blow your budget. I really would love to acquire a nice piece of Lithium Quartz. Like the word "Lithium" implies, this stone will definitely calm you down and make you nice and mellow. I'll take a case, or better yet - make that a quarry.

Spirit and Spirit Don't Mix/ Would you like your reading straight up or on the rocks?

Let's face it. Sometimes the thought of having someone give you a psychic reading can be a bit unnerving. What if the psychic tells you about death or an accident? Maybe the psychic will see something even worse like your lover is cheating. A lot of psychic reading seekers who are just beginning to venture into the world of having their energy read ( sounds better than fortunes told) sometimes quell their nerves by having a glass or two of wine or maybe even a shot of tequila. Not a good idea. Since psychics are ever so energy sensitive the person doing the reading for you may actually begin to feel a "little loopy" them self if you allow them to go into your 100 proof energy field. I don't know about you but I like to give and get readings that are straight up and absolutely never on the rocks.

When a client who is obviously high attempts to get a psychic reading there is a big danger for both the reader and the client. When you are smashed because of being on an all night bender due to some problem that you are having, getting wasted only adds to your dilemma because you are also putting holes in your aura. Drugs and alcohol thin out the energy field around you and make it easy for negative thoughts, suggestions, energy entities and other energy zapping malaise to affect your aura which is your personal energy field. The aura filters, holds and absorbs the energy within your own psychic boundary lines and acts as a barrier against psychic attack. Run like hell from any psychic reader who is as high as a kite because "spirit and spirit" do not mix. It is never a good situation when the Fool card for instance, suddenly has "beer ballz."

Some unbalanced psychics with substance abuse problems may try to seek out clients by instigating contact and telling the client that they, the psychic reader, had a feeling about them or some other nasty luring in type of bullshit. A psychic reader who tries to prod a client into a reading is really no better then someone who walks into your house without first knocking. They do this because they really are insecure about themselves and nine out of ten times they aren't even psychic but rather mostly f_ _ked up people who are trying to seem important. Drugs and alcohol can confuse the mind of someone who is delusional to begin with and believe me you don't want your energy to come into contact with someone who projects negative thought forms your way.

There is always the alcoholic psychic who likes to hide behind their guides. My guides gave me a message. My guides told me to tell you this or that. My guides my ass! A lot of would be psychics like to hide behind their guides just in case their predictions prove to be faulty which by the way they usually are but then again it is the guides fault for passing on shitty information.

I had an experience with a freak who claims to be psychic. I was given unwarranted, unasked for information ( real psychics knock before entering your space) that was coming from the ego of the unbalanced, part time alcoholic psychic. This person has a life of turmoil and unresolved issues one of which is that her insecurity and inferiority complex leads her to believe that she is psychic. She is really more psychotic than psychic after she has a few sips of something or other. This phony psychic likes to relay message, usually of a morbid nature dealing with doom and negativity because that is what she so readily relates to in her own uneventful life. Of course the unasked for psychic messages that were given to me by the "last call" pseudo psychic were messages from her guides, namely Jack and Daniels. They, meaning her guides, kept urging her to give me messages. I knew to drop my shield down because I felt a strong case of psychic attack coming on. You see even psychics need to protect themselves from whacked out psychotic psychics. After listening to her "BS" and the messages that "they",her guides, kept spitting out I was the one who needed a drink. I wonder if "they" told her that I would be developing a substance abuse problem if I continued to listen to her?

The bottom line is basically not to give or get a psychic reading while under the influence. Everyone has a "Lindsey Lohan" type of moment every now and then but keep yourself straight when dealing with your most precious natural resource, your own energy field. Be responsible and choose wisely to avoid any energy disasters and imbalances caused by attempting to mix spirit with spirit.

Tuning In The Intuition Channel

You don’t have to be a professional psychic in order to be tuned into your intuitive nature just as you don’t have to be a professional chef to be a great cook. You just have to integrate this magical part of your soul nature into your daily life and start to establish how you “feel” about things instead of what you logically know about them. The soul essence is all about emotional, sensing energy. The Ego doesn’t like emotions. It only likes false, hyped up drama. The Ego sees emotional feelings as a sign of weakness and any display of feelings renders the ego vulnerable and transparent. Suppressed emotions lead to depression because the soul can’t communicate effectively with the physical world. Remember if you suppress you depress and lower the vibration of your soul essence.

Just as you didn’t learn your verbal language overnight but rather one word at a time you must also start to learn your soul’s language by relating feelings and emotions to the impressions that you are picking up from the people and environment around you. Halloween seems to be the season for "Psychic reason " and Paranormal Pandemic in general. I must admit that it is often one of the busiest times for psychics, ghost hunters, mediums and other Psi workers. It is one of the craziest times in the trade so to speak except for New Year's Eve when dateless people usually freak out and begin to speed dial their psychic for an overview for the up coming year to see if any relationships are in store for them.

Even Venus Has a Bad Hair Day: The Venus Retrograde

Get ready because the planet of love and money, Venus , is about to turn retrograde on October 8, 2010 and will not go direct until November 18, 2010. Miss Venus turns retrograde about once every 18-20 months and spans roughly a six week period. Since this particular retrograde gets its start with Venus in the sign of Scorpio, watch out for jealous moments and passionate outbursts especially in the relationship department.

So what the hell does all of this astrology lingo mean to the mortals who must weather the storm of a Venus retrograde? Let me clue you in. First of all this is not the best time to beautify, redecorate, make investments, get married , start a relationship, buy luxury items or lend out money. Do Ghost Ever Retire From Hauntings?

This past week a lot of talk about ghost and ghost hunting has passed by my ears and it has caused me to wonder about the length of stay that a ghost has at any one place. Do they ever lose their lease or are all hauntings rent controlled?

The legends about different ghost huntings has led to many a paranormal investigation complete with an expert psychic medium or two, camera people an entourage of fearful spectators and sometimes even a skeptic thrown into the mix. Granted, negative energy can and does leave an impression and as we know like energy attracts like energy therefore creepy shit happens on a revolving basis at some locations. What I want to know is "Why don't the psychic mediums and ghost busters either help the poor tortured souls cross over into the light or expel the lower vibration with clearing rituals and enough white sage to roast a farm full of pigs.

Fear of someone or something keeps the negative, haunting, energy entity ghost alive so to speak because fear feeds off of the emotional crippling of someones consciousness. Fear is an emotional response to a perceived threat. Your personal perception is a result of your current state of awareness and the hertz of your vibration ( ideally 85 hertz or higher). Lower entities vibrate at a much lower vibration then the lighter energies of the spirit guides , Ascended Masters,Angels and even sweet old Auntie Emma or Uncle Joe who have passed over, hopefully into the light. We all hear about the light and how that is the ultimate vibrational high so why play with the lower vibrations of ghost energy? When you are fearful you lower your vibes and meet the negative energy head on. When you keep your vibration high you make it impossible for the ghost to attack you because they are not up to your vibration. If they could raise their vibration to a higher level they would move into the light and be at peace.

I wonder why ghost hunts are still carried on instead of cleared. I guess that the ghost hunters prefer to keep the ghost readily employed and the troops of curiosity seekers fearful because it is more profitable that way. Some poor sucker ghosts have been working at haunting certain digs for well over 1000 years. Don't you think that they should pass the scepter already and move on into the light or cleared out? Instead of having paranormal ghost shows wouldn't it make more sense to open a portal to clear out the old negative energy and bring peace and light into a place? After all, psychics are suppose to be light workers not profiteers from fear.

Do I believe in ghosts? Yes. Have I experienced paranormal activity? Yes. Do I believe that huntings and negative activity should be cleared or closed off into a tightly sealed escape portal? I definitely do. Negative energies and ghosts are no joke and when thrill seekers and those unacquainted with the ramifications from contact with dark spirits continue to expose the uneducated public to "Ghost Disneyland" then they are acting in a most irresponsible manner.

Ghosts don't scare me as much as the paranormal profiteers who give all legitimate psychic energy workers a bad name. Dealing with the lower vibrations is serious stuff and untrained paranormal investigators are inviting the same negative energy that they profit from into their own space. The negative energies allow their commercial ghost hunters their 15 minutes of earthly fame before throwing a thick web of low energy over the "creepy hollow" tour guides. The result of exposing one self to constant lower level entities is what real scary is all about. Possessions are possible as the servant then becomes the master.

Knock,Knock,Knocking on Heaven's Door

I often get asked by my clients if I can talk to the dead. Well lets see. If you count talking to a man with a television remote control in his hand , government workers , out sourced customer service reps and insurance sales people as talking with the dead then I guess that you can say that I qualify as someone who has talked to the dead. In all honesty though I must admit that I have made contact with those who have left their mark in history. You might say that I am a famous person soul groupie since I prefer to make contact with those who have made it into the historic hall of fame.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that deceased Auntie, Grandma, Uncle Joe and so on aren't interesting I am just more fascinated by historic figures who have become physically immortalized within the pages of the history books and the google search engines. I'm sure that dead relatives who are on the other side have their stories to tell also but I don't really like to tap into a family reunion.

My method of hacking into the world of historic spirit essences does not necessarily involve having a formal seance as one would think. I have mapped out a shorter route to navigating successfully to the other side of the veil. I quietly meditate on who I would like to chat with and put my physical senses on idle so I can better tune into my soul's extrasensory senses.

Clairovoyance is my soul's sense of sight. Clairsentience is my soul's feeling sense enabling me to feel and pick up vibrations. Clairaudience is how my soul hears messages from those who have passed over. Clairalience is my soul's sense of smell allowing me to pick up a sent of perfume, tobacco or some other scent associated with the spirit on the other side. Clairgustance is how I taste my "soul food" and pick up flavors that I can relate to the passed over person. Say for instance that I wanted to connect with a dead president who liked jelly beans. I would possibly taste jelly beans as a form of conformation that I am on the right wave length and tuned into the correct contact frequency. Claircognizance is my soul's sixth sense and links me into the Akashic Records the history book of the cosmos which contains every persons past, present and even future stats.

My conversations with the dead are usually private- kind of like closed door meetings that are exclusive to me and my spirit guest. Having a gossip session with Plato , Cleopatra , Anne Boleyn and other notable souls is not something that you want to talk about since most people are skeptics and would think that I am nuts. Pass the lithium please.

I must admit that talking with the dead is a hell of a lot easier then talking to the living. I rarely if ever had a spirit give me a hard time or break my stones over something that I said. Connecting into their energy threads gives me an opportunity to temporarily flip into another dimension of consciousness and briefly feel the energy of their time here in the earthly realm.

Talking and connecting with the dead has given me the opportunity to learn about things that they don't put into history books and boy is it juicy. Historians stick with known facts but the emotional imprinted feelings of those who have gone before us hold a much sweeter story. I get to empathically feel what their life was like and visit their world.

Talking to the dead really doesn't frighten me. It is talking to the living that scares the hell out of me.

Pineal Envy / The New Insecurity

The Internet has not only opened up the information highway but it has also made us all aware of the fact that there are millions, yes I did say millions of psychics who walk among us. Every day there are at least ten new messages in my inbox suggesting that I connect with the newest swami on the block so I can have a heads up on what to expect next.

I have been invited to join, like, suggest to friends and network with this vast group of peers that I never knew existed. I suddenly feel like I am part of some big Southern psychic family with a multitude of psychic cousins all sporting third eye capabilities. I am no longer an enigma or a strange gifted mystic among the masses. Psychics are now the masses.

Harry Potter wanna Be's are every where. The new lingo includes words that were once only spoken in secret among the enlightened ones. Now everyone is on a journey, grounding energy, warding off psychic attack, slaying vampires and getting hip to the "Secret." By the way, what the hell is the real secret beyond being savvy enough to produce a kick ass timely product that was marketed to the masses as the inside scoop to having it all.

The real secret is in knowing how to activate your third eye pineal gland which is the on button for psychic awareness. The pineal gland is sometimes called the brain within the brain. It is sensitive to light and is often called the seat of the soul. This little bugger of a gland hosts the sixth chakra which governs telepathy, intuition and spiritual vision. This is the gland that prepares your soul or spirit body for astral travel and helps you link psychically with others. How is that for a wireless feature?

We all have a pineal gland although some of us don't know what the hell to do with it or how to use it. Someone must have figured out how to operate this hidden psychic ability feature because the world is now busting with those who choose to cross into the portals of the psychic realm. Obviously cliff notes on psychic abilities must be making the rounds within the Internet psychic circle because upon doing a search for psychics I found that I would have to dedicate at least a week (without sleep) just to read all of the blogs and advertisements for this not so new New Age profession.

Who has the bigger, better developed pineal gland is a matter of trail and error. You have to be willing to energetically connect into your psychic reader of choice to see if you strike up a psychic rhythm, feel satisfied and have things come about.

The climate for being a psychic, intuitive, empath or metaphysician is currently ripe and it is now in vogue to be aware of your sixth sense. Psychic readers, mediums, ghost stalkers and such are the "new rock star." Competitiveness among psychics trying to get their messages out is like being part of the World Cup Psychic Match. The person, group or whoever sporting the best pineal skills is sure to be sought after by everyone who desires to look into tomorrow.

I truly believe that as we all become more enlightened and move into a higher frequency more conducive for psychic waves the pineal gland will get the recognition that it deserves as being our built in psychic hard drive.

Grounding Out Emotional Napalm Moments

You're upset about something so what do you do? Do you freak out? Panic? Try to blame someone else for your problem or get drunk and high. Actually if you live in Philly, PA you can get drunk, high and tasered if you choose to drown your sorrows at a local sporting event. I'm referring to what happened to an excited kid who ran onto the ball field at a Phillies Baseball Game (See link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kjt2BqamUFI) Everyone gets a little excited, upset or crazy now and then but you have to know how to control theses energy rushes so they don't control you. What you really need to do to thwart off aggravation and the bevy of emotions that go along with it is ground out. We are all basically electrical, spiritual beings and when we short out everyone and everything else around us is also affected.

The first sign that you are on the fritz is the usual emotional trigger expressed through feelings that are often times either vocalized with words or poured out with tears. When we allow ourselves to feel pressure from an unfortunate situation the spiritual part of our being takes the first hit. This hit registers in one of our Chakras or energy zones and the corresponding emotion signals our physical body that fear and uncertainty are approaching like scud missiles headed for their target. If we don't heed the warning system built into our Chakra system then look out-next the physical body will illustrate the emotional upheaval by outwardly manifesting the emotional upset into a physical problem. For instance, our blood pressure usually goes up when we are under emotional pressure. The creepy feelings we get when something is wrong that urges us to abort mission and reset our emotional gages are not to be ignore.

So how does one ground out? You immediately drop an imaginary grounding cord deep down into the ground and feel your wild, unconfined emotional energy begin to funnel down the cord until it reaches Mother Earth. Next you breathe deeply until you begin to have a sense of calm come over you. If you begin to well up with emotion you just have to continue breathing. Your breath carries Prana or life force energy into every cell of your body allowing for the body to remain resilient until the emotional glitch is fixed. Kind of like jump starting your car until you get to a service station to buy a new battery. Now the difficult part. You have to identify which Chakra center was tripped by your tipping point news. It is all about feeling. Did your gut Chakra go off signaling low self esteem because your boss just reamed you a new asshole? You can tell when that warning alarm is buzzing because emotional insecurity sets it off and physically it turns into digestive upsets. How many of us wanted to toss our cookies because some power hungry, authority figure just came down on us.

Below are some of the warning signals associated with our Chakra system showing the emotional short circuit and physical translation of the uncorrected or ungrounded emotion signifying an urgent need for grounding.

Root Chakra-Emotion: Feeling vulnerable;unsafe Physical Symptoms: Fatigue, disagreements with family members, disorientation due to lack of grounding.

Sacral Chakra-Emotion: Feeling dissatisfied;competitiveness Physical Symptoms: Sexual dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, lack of creativity.

Solar Plexus Chakra- Emotion: Shame Physical Symptoms: Digestive system upset, weakness in “core” muscles, low immunity.

Heart Chakra-Emotion: Sorrow;hurt Physical Symptoms: High or low blood pressure, cardiac symptoms, anger, numbness, fear of love.

Throat Chakra-Emotion: Trust issues,fear of lies Physical Symptom: Hyper- or hypothyroid (over- or under-active thyroid gland), frustration, fear or inability to express oneself.

Brow Chakra-Emotion: Psychic impressions,intuition Physical Symptoms: Headaches, lack of insight, feeling lost.

Crown Chakra- Emotion: Attachment Physical Symptoms: Headaches, spaciness/brain fog, fear, disconnection, lack of trust/hope/faith.

When you recognize any of the above abbreviated list of emotional melt downs and also begin to experience the physical discomfort associated with the energy crash, you have to immediately ground out your energy and take control of your energetic system before it goes nuclear meltdown on you. Don't focus on your problem but rather look into a solution. See things as being resolved and don't focus on only negative outcomes. Anticipate that what is for your highest good will come about and always look for the underlying lesson in any given situation so old patterns aren't repeated causing a history of "shitty events" for you.

So the next time you have a napalm bomb emotional episode don't give into the destruction but rather ground out, chill and know that your energy is contagious. If you want to keep things "fixable" then don't make matters worse by falling apart and contaminating your surrounding environment. Just ground out and if that doesn't work then you can drink a half dozen dirty martines, run out onto a major league ball field and get tasered. That should reset your energy!

MERCURY RETROGRADE OR PSI FLU?

Have you been dropping things more often then not , messing up at work, forgetting what you have to do next along with having things around you break down, especially electrical gadgets? This could either be the effects of this current Mercury retrograde period or else something a little more serious which is a case of the Psi Flu. The Psi Flu is an energy imbalance that seems to throw you into a state of constant Mercury retrograde types of occurrences.

So how do you tell the difference between Mercury retrograde malfunctions and mishaps from energetic imbalance flair ups resonating from your Chakra Centers , the energy vortexes located on the physical body that connect with your spiritual self. Well first of all a Mercury retrograde isn't always a "bad" thing because it gives you the opportunity to reconnect with people , revamp an idea , rethink a problem and so on but Psi Flu causes a malaise of sorts that continuously allows for one negative situation to beget another. Mercury retrogrades seem to alter the electrical vibes that connect into our material world electrical devices like our computers, telephones, cars and other such things. It isn't a good time to make or sign agreements because your thinking process may be off leading you to want to make changes once Mercury goes direct in motion. You may have a moment where you say to yourself "What the hell was I thinking?"

Psi flu is brought on mostly by hanging around negative types who knowingly and sometimes even unknowingly direct arrows of jealousy, contempt and other dark thoughts toward you. If you are not in good "psychic shape" you leave your Chakra Centers wide open to absorb this negative energy. Psi Flu if not remedied early on can turn into a full blown Psychic Attack and believe me, you don't even want to go there. Psychic Attack is when a negative thought form inhabits your energy field and an exorcism of sorts is necessary-similar to having an operation to remove or repair a diseased body part. Hey, I'm not trying to make anyone scared or paranoid. I'm just trying to keep you paranormal.

Some of the best methods for warding off any errant psychic energy germs is to stay in a constant state of awareness because this helps you recognize the thought intentions being projected from those around you. Someone can tell you how "happy they are for you" but if you pay attention to your spiritual body's warning system, the Chakras, a distinct feeling will either tell you that the surrounding thought energy intention is good or bad. Even best friends fall into the category of being Psi Flu carriers when they constantly dump their problems upon you and you allow their unfortunate situations to affect you and make you feel down. You must reset your energy every time you deal with a person or situation that is coming from a lower vibration. Awareness. Remember that word. You must stay aware at all times.

It is even possible to lower your psychic shield of resistance by running down your psi immune system. Too much negative thinking and screwed up emotions can leave you wide open for a case of Psi Flu. The same way that you guard your physical body's immune system by eating right exercising and staying aware of any developing conditions so must you take care of your spiritual body-and that is not limited to ascribing to an organized religious group. It is about YOU taking responsibility for your own thought intentions and recognizing your built in warning system consisting of your Chakra Centers. Pay attention to your feelings they will tell you to move forward or "abort mission." Don't be influenced by others. Notice that the word "influence" has the word "FLU" in it. Be responsible for yourself and be aware of who,what, when and where you have reactions of both a good or bad nature.

By learning to take a clue from your own gut feelings, noticing who or what gives you a headache (besides a hang over headache from partying) you will learn how to be your own psychic energy trouble shooter and alleviate potential attacks of the Psi Flu. Granted, we are spiritual beings in a human form but also be conscious of the fact that psychic energy imbalances if not taken care of will most definitely illustrate themselves by materializing as physical ailments. The body, mind and spirit work as a unit and when one system goes down it will compromise the efficiency of the others.

What's Up with 2012?

Lately I have been hearing from so many people who are totally freaking out because of all the hype surrounding the year 2012. The fears of destruction , devastation and cataclysmic happenings are scaring the crap out of everyone. Honestly speaking I want you to know that we are headed for some changes but more likely changes that concern both the individual consciousness as well as the collective consciousness. The time,space,cause and effect paradigm that planet earth operates in will soon be upgraded to the next version of Universal development and what we think will somehow instantly be brought about due to our shift in perception. Earth is moving into the galactic center of the Milky Way,where lies the portal into the higher dimensions.

Currently every planet in the solar system is heating up and becoming brighter and the Sun's solar activity is also starting to react to the changes from the evolving cosmos which impacts earth's electric magnetic field, the field which links into our psi abilities. Our brains which respond to electric must now be rebooted to get with the new cosmic vibes. We have been in earth dimension consciousness since the destruction of Atlantis. Atlantis was an ancient civilization that possessed superior psychic skills, multidimensional capabilities and powerful creative visualization manifestation abilities. The Atlanteans had knowledge of the healing power of crystals, advanced mathematical theories and possessed both male and female qualities. Once again the cosmos is opening the door into the next dimension of consciousness allowing for us to expand along with the ever evolving Universe.

The third dimensional plane that we experience here on Earth is full of emotional drama due to our attachment to material objects and our need to possess other people and things. The higher dimensions are more of thought intentions that are free of attachments. There is no need to feel jealous or possessive because we can be lighter and more free as we drop the weight of the material world. The fourth dimension and the other dimensions above it are of a higher vibration and the lower materialistic way of Earth dimension type of thinking cannot fit in unless it is amped up a few notches.

All of our thoughts go up into the fourth dimension , the psychic dimension, and it is there that they take root and are projected back down to us in three dimensional form. Even the negative thoughts that we have are sent back to us therefore we have to be mindful of what we think because we do create with our thoughts. The veil is thinning between the third and the fourth dimension and once the new portal of consciousness opens up only those of us coming from a higher mind vibration will be able to matriculate into the next class for soul development. You can't put an ice cube out in the sun because it will melt just as materialistic, show off, people are too solid in the material world to make it in the next plane of existence.

Look around you at the creepy people who only focus on how much money and other material shit that they have. You may have even witnessed some of them being brought down by the recent economic crisis that is serving as a preamble for the shift that is about to come. The lesson concerning 2012 is more one of ascension into a new, lighter, highly evolved way of thinking. We are on the door step of the Age of Aquarius and a more humanitarian way of living. Those who choose to stay too attached to money and things will find in the long run that it wasn't worth their expenditure of energy because it actually lowered their overall vibration by keeping them stuck in a consciousness that doesn't go beyond the 3-D cage that they have built for themselves.

Don't get me wrong. There is nothing the matter with having nice things and a comfortable life style just as long as you keep it in the proper perspective. Worrying about having, not having, paying bills, keeping up with everyone else and constant thoughts about the material world actually lowers your vibration and can make you physically sick. Get with the groove of 2012 consciousness and understand that it is more about the destruction of a limited materialistic way of thinking. Start to release your attachments to things that don't really matter and focus more on what you can do that makes a positive difference in your life. As you become more in tune with the music of the cosmos you will find life to be in harmony and a greater joy in your existence. The materialistic crowd will be like birds smashing into clear glass windows because they are flying without the proper built in radar.

Just be mindful that the things that you own don't end up owning you and that the love and attention you give to others is more of an accounting of your true worth. Some people are emotionally bankrupt when it comes down to what really matters.

Sharing Soul Sentiments

The above quote by author, Stephen Levine is very moving especially in terms of relationships. Who do we care about the most to want to aggravate and worry even in our dying moments? I imagine that the right answer is....drum roll please..." The one we love the most." The second most likely answer is...drum roll please......"My psychic.'

Between you and I the answer that I am going with is " my psychic" because I am sure that the one last (compound) question will be : Should I call so and so and tell him/her that I am dying? What will he/she say to that? How long before they date again and who will they think was the better lover?

Getting back to thoughts about our eventual demise I want to remind everyone that this should not be the only time limited to recognizing those that we care the most about. The operative word here is "care" therefore you are not limiting yourself to only thinking in terms of romantic relationships when you see red hearts and boxes of calories, I mean chocolates. Think of the people who you need to always feel connected to regardless if they are lovers, close friends, family, psychics or even our frienemies. Where would you be if you didn't have frienemies to show you your shadow side and keep you on your toes.

Today I have already listened to five different women sob into the phone about how they didn't have a relationship to celebrate this past Valentine's Day on yet another Hallmark Holiday Card moment. The energy levels of these women collectively was so low that I was trying to act as a back up psychic energy generator in order to boost them up enough to get them through their readings.

I tried to make these women smile by telling them that by next week I will be doing readings for all of the women who were either disappointed by their Valentine Day gift, picked a fight with their significant other before the appetizer course was through, got pissed upon finding text messages from someone else on his phone ( never leave your phone on the table when you excuse yourself to go to the bathroom) and of course the one or two clients who had a fabulous, wonderful day who just haven't had their problems peak yet.

By being a psychic intuitive reader I get to glimpse into some very juicy client activity and also some very sad matters of the heart. The month of February is noted for love because of Valentine's Day so I thought that writing about relationships is the way to go this month. 99.9% of my clients want to know about their relationships or their lack of relationships.

Because we are really spirits trapped inside of three dimensional human armory, the physical body, the only way possible for us to experience the highs and lows from being in a relationship is through the emotional feelings that leave an indelible imprint upon our spirit. The things we say to each other whether good or bad register an impression onto our soul body. These impressions get carried from one life time into another therefore explaining how past life connecting cords are formed.

Don't wait until it is too late to let someone know how you feel about them and how they have touched your life. The Ego runs away at death's door because it doesn't ever want to face demise and it leaves your soul essence alone to tie up any loose relationship ends. Let all of your sentiments come from your heart, the seat of the soul, and don't wait until you think you are dying to let someone know how you really feel about them. Share the love because it truly makes the world go round.

Mercury RE-Retrograde: Is it really over?

Is the most recent Mercury retrograde over?

According to my astrological calendar, Mercury (that little bugger of a planet) should have only been retrograde from December 26, 2009 to January 15, 2010. As an astrologer, I know that the retrograde "madness" can be felt as Mercury is approaching its backward spin, and the days following Mercury's return to forward motion can also seem a little crazy. But this particular Mercury retrograde has been really intense. Oh, don't forget that Mars, quite the master of aggravation, was and still is retrograde at the same time that Mercury decided to backtrack. (FYI, Mars will finally go direct on March 10, 2010. Can we all wait that long?)

Let's see...during this retrograde period, my hot water heater went, I needed to call an electrician for an electrical outlet problem, my house heater stopped working (on Christmas Day, when it was freezing here in Philadelphia), my vacuum cleaner fell apart (it was only less then a year old), I fell down the steps (stop laughing!), my Christmas lights wouldn't work, my coffee pot broke, I lost an earring...should I go on?

Anyone who knows me is very aware that I am super anal about things, and for all of this to happen to me during one Mercury retrograde period is absolutely unbelievable. Oh, by the way: I almost forgot to mention that the "check engine" light on my car came on (got that fixed too). And just when I thought that this Mercury massacre retrograde was over, my daughter told me that the microwave was smoking and smelled like burning wires after she tried to heat up her lunch (which never did heat up). What the hell is happening here?

Aside from all of my mishaps, numerous clients and friends have related stories of how the past few weeks have been havoc for them also: missed flights and trains, breakups, lost items, tons of car battery problems (in all fairness, I might let Mercury off the hook for that one since we have had a very cold winter this year), broken washing machines, and computers crashing.

By the way, I am writing this blog on my daughter's computer since - you guessed it - my freakn' computer caught a virus! Good thing that her boyfriend is an IT specialist because my version of backing up my work is to send a file to myself via email. (I'm still getting the gist of "cut and paste"!) Let's hope that all the work I have done for my next manuscript submission is still there. It is about karma, past lives, and relationships. Actually, before my computer came down with the H1N1 virus (aka: Holy-shit-not-again! virus), I did a little retrograde re-thinking by revamping my book proposal and initial chapters.

Despite the chaos, Mercury retrogrades do have a few good points, too. ( Just a few mind you.) You have the opportunity to RE-do, RE-vamp, RE-connect, RE-consider, and do almost anything that begins with the letters "RE": REpair, REplace, REnegotiate, and so on. But don't do anything for the first time during a Mercury retrograde unless you are up to doing it again, the next time a wild Mercury retrograde period like the last one comes along.

Is it possible to RElax now that the Mercury retrograde is over? Let's all hope.

Don't be a "Tool" this Yule

Well, here we are again at the end of another year which brings us into the holiday season. The Yule time of year is suppose to be a time of reflection and to honor the winter solstice. Unfortunately this also can be a difficult part of year for many people who often find themselves caught up in the commercial and socially driven aspects of the holiday season. Don't get me wrong. I like a good party as well as the next person but minus the anxiety of feeling that I have to "stress for success."

Is it just me or are the stores putting the holiday decorations out earlier and earlier? I also want to mention that on the day after Halloween I was in a store that was playing Christmas carols. I know that we are currently in "fast time" as we approach 2012 but this is getting to be ridiculous. Oh, by the way, fast time is a term used to explain the acceleration of our consciousness as our perception of time elevates from the third dimension to the next higher dimension where we will not be limited to being liner, time tracking thinkers but rather intuitive,stay in the moment feelers. Thinking integrated with feeling; left brain in tune with right brain; the spiritual upgrade 2012 model of the soul.

Because time ,as we know it, seems to be flying by, additional stress to get ready for the holiday season has some people feeling like they are under a four week psychic attack. We are all energetic beings and when our own personal energy grid goes on overload we can easily become victims of psychic holiday vampires. The constant advertisements for 'one day only sales", door buster products which are limited to the first 100 customers arriving at the store before 5:00 A.M. and of course the situations that make you feel like a leper if you are not married, dating or in some type of relationship, especially around the holidays.

The psychic holiday vampires are not only the sado masochistic, over stressed sales help who makes you pull out thirty different forms of ID before you charge a $10.00 item, it is also the person behind you in line that "huffs and puffs" and twirls around on the balls of their feet because you are taking to long to finish your transaction. The holiday vampires aren't limited to shopping malls because the cyber holiday vampires can be just as lethal. They lure you into their "on line " stores, promising "on line" coupons but "Ah Ha", the freakin' coupon doesn't work. The real psychic stress attack occurs as you call into customer service only to be put on hold for thirty minutes as you listen to more holiday music. If they really want to torture you then you must listen to Barry Manilow holiday music. Eventually after speaking to the entire staff of the cyber store you will be advised that your coupon credit will appear on your next billing cycle but be aware,it can take up to two billing cycles to get your 15% discount. Maybe shopping at a real mall isn't so bad after all. Well, except for the people who drive through the mall parking lot going 2 miles per hour and then there are the other ones who back out of their parking spot without noticing that you are right behind them. Oh, I don't want to forget the demonically possessed drivers who aim for the parking spot that you also are going for. Feeling the "holiday psychic attacks" yet?

I do a lot of psychic readings for clients over the holiday season especially those who are totally freaked out because they don't have a date for New Year's Eve. These poor people for some reason think that New Year's Eve is a holiday to honor Noah's Ark where everyone must show up to a gathering in pairs. Not having a New Year's Eve date or a party to go to on New Year's Eve is socially equivalent to being excluded from being picked to be on someones intramural sport team. It is the "not having a date for the prom" energy all over again. Now I know why people drink on New Year's Eve. They either want to get loaded enough to not care that they don't have a date or drunk enough so they don't realize who their date is. In any case, this last of the holiday festivities also robs us of our psychic energy reserves.

Here are some tips to fend off the psychic energy vampires and draining situations that unfortunately still come out in full force around the holidays.
1. Stay grounded. Carry a piece of hematite in your pocket to deflect any negative energy. This practice is especially helpful when dealing with tangled holiday lights and inflatable snowmen who won't stand up. It is also perfect for throwing should your frustration level rise to the point of no return.
2. Breath. When you take deep and I do mean deep breaths, you are connecting with your higher self and keeping the right perspective on things. This breathing exercise is useful practice for upcoming shopping events. Deep breathing helps as you are squeezed to death while trying to be the first one in Wall Mart as the doors open for that big holiday "running of the bullshitters" who are looking for opening hour bargains.
3. Money is representative of our energy. When our money depletes our energy depletes and that leads into psychic depression. Buy what you have to buy and be done with it. Hey, it's not like it's the end of the world. We're still two years away from 2012. You can max out your cards then because it will be all over anyway,right? (don't even go there!)

The Veil Between the Worlds

Well, here it is again. My favorite time of the year which happens to be host to my favorite day, Halloween. Samhain, pronounced "sow-en" is the most magical night of the year and also the Witches New Year. Sundown on October 31st is when the veil between the worlds of humans and spirits is at its thinnest and contact with the spirit world is more easily attained. This holiday is better known as Halloween.

Traditionally the veil begins to thin about Oct 15Th with the veil at its very thinnest upon the eve of Oct 31st. The season lasts to roughly Nov 10Th or so. During this time, divination is at its highest point and it is an excellent time to get readings. Here is my chance to get my plug in. I'll quiz you on the book at a later date. Back to what I was saying, the mind set of the reader along with the mind set of the client are more easily in tune when the season of the witch is upon us. I also find that this time of year is a good time to reassess who and what you have been during the year and look at your relationships with others and determine if you are being your authentic self or hiding behind a mask. There is nothing that give more assurance than a mask but there is also nothing more liberating then being yourself. True to your feelings and allowing your own personal energy to relax and attract what you need not necessarily what you THINK you need.

This time of year when the veils between the worlds are at its thinnest is also an excellent time for connecting with your spirit guides so you can get guidance from them and be more aware of serendipitous occurrences in your everyday life. To attract your guides first ground out your energy,meditate and burn some incense. Wild Indian Frankincense is my favorite and seems to attract good, positive energy. Ask your guides to bolster you up enough so you don't have to hide behind a mask when dealing with others. Remember what we see in others FIRST is usually a reflection of ourselves. What is revealed and what is concealed … and what is the mask and what is the mirror?

Divination during this time of year can also serve as an instrument to help you understand that what you draw to yourself in both people and experiences are a direct reflection of who you are and what you have allowed to be created through your own powerful thoughts. Psychic readings will give you a print out of what you have downloaded into the universe...don't hide behind the mask of victim but rather take off the mask and step forward and be responsible for your own work so to speak. Look in the mirror. A psychic can't undo what you have created but they can show you what lies ahead so you can go back and make corrections before the final product arrives on the scene.

Let's take an astrological /psychological/ energetic look as to why some of us out there can't seem to pass go when it comes to relationships. There Is No Time In Space

There is no time in space. We live in a multi dimensional universe where the past,present and future are all on stage. We use the Sun and Moon as markers of time so we don't get lost in space and to give some semblance of order to our day.

For example,when a client calls and is told that there will be a new job opportunity for them and the psychic reader or astrologer gives an estimation of timing for this event,it is a crap shoot. Sometimes the reader is right on the money and other times they miss the mark. The client has to know that what information is presented during a reading session can at any given time be ALTERED by their own free will and choices that they make. Information that comes through during a reading should be considered as "already written" and the client should proceed as if the desired even is in the oven,so to speak. A pregnancy doesn't always guarantee a baby. There are miscarriages, early terminations by choice or by circumstance and sometimes you don't always get exactly what you want. In most cases the nine month duration of a pregnancy brings about a healthy baby but even the doctor can't predict the exact date or time of birth.

Please keep in mind that by calling a psychic reader constantly and asking for daily updates on when a predicted event will happen isn't going to make it happen any sooner. You may wind up frustrating the reader who starts to feel challenged by the constant questioning about timing.

It is even possible that the client may be setting up their own blocks to when something will come about by their persistent negative thinking that "it isn't happening yet." Trust me, the more readings you get where you are overly concerned with the timing instead of the final outcome, will leave you feeling anxious and in a constant state of disappointment. The readings will not make the event happen sooner.

Sometimes delays are necessary so you will have more time to think about what you really want. Don't miss out on other opportunities because you are fixated on one certain outcome. The purpose of getting a good,and I did say good psychic reading is to help you become aware of what is going on around you. You can control what you do but there is always the variable of other people and events that may set things back or sometimes even speed things up.

Connecting With Your Spirit Guides

How do we know who our spirit guides are? Are there really such entities floating through the universe who zero in on our energy radar and come to our aid? Many people have learned to center themselves during times of uncertainty and focus on pulling their guides in for a little extra help.

Ask and you shall receive. Calling on your spirit guides is easier then calling someone on your cell phone. You don't need any equipment and "voice dial" is always activated. I personally have had instances when I needed to call on my guides for some direction.

One time in particular,I needed to make a big decision and I was torn on what to do. I decided to clean out some drawers to help clear my mind. Upon opening the first drawer I found a a note card that had the saying,"Everything Changes" on the front of it. As I rummaged through the drawer I came upon some loose change that I had put inside a small coin purse. Once again,"change" came up. The freakiest moment happened when I clicked on the remote for my television and a commentator was saying"We need to make changes now." I was convinced.

My big query was whether or not to make a significant change in my life and the decision was really a tough one. I had wanted to make changes but I didn't trust myself to move forward. My spirit guides came to my rescue and confirmed through the synchronicity and serendipity that "change" is what I needed. I took the hint, made the change and I am very grateful for the spiritual backup that I got that day. Hey! I can get use to this.

I have heard stories of people who are looking for answers and call on their spirit guides for some help. The messages have been brought to them by glancing up at a road sign while driving only to find that the road sign is also revealing their answer. One time I was doing some research on a medical condition and all of the answers flowed to me once I asked my guides to step in and help me out. A book I needed was recommended to me,a show came on television pertaining to the medical condition in question and I seemed to instinctively know where to go for my information.

My spirit guides helped direct me to my sources of research. Amazing! Now,if you get a little silly with the guides they may also play tricks on you too. Be careful that you don't attract any negative guides while calling on spirit to help you. Like attracts like and any negative thoughts you have may bring in a guide of low vibration.

Be respectful of the guides that you do ask for help and remember to close all portals of communication once you have received your answer. You can do this by saying," I cut the cords that I called in for help and I release the guides with light,love and thanks." I guess you can say that I am an "Old School" psychic reader who still believes that the fastest way to transport your thoughts is through ESP. The technology geeks are getting closer and closer with texting and twittering but the challenge lies in getting your iPhone or laptop to read your mind. What we need next is a symbiotic device that will interact with our own aura to pick up ,interpret and advise us of what is in store for us. Consider it a sort of "pocket psychic."

Imagine being at a club when you suddenly notice someone "hot" looking in your direction. You pull out your pocket psychic device, get an instant energy read on their intentions, a brief scan of future thought form energy and a probable prediction based on their energy scan alone. Now I did say alone. Here is where the real psychic talent comes in. Your own energy swirling around in your aura has to interact with someone else's energy in a perfect pattern to achieve the desired results. You need the energetic chemistry.

The H2O of emotions is not always happening with in a controlled environment. Psychic Relationship Readings

One of the most requested reading sessions for a psychic reader is the love relationship reading. It is also one of the most difficult type of readings to do because often times the client only wants to deal with the issues from their point of view and being caught up in the moment sometimes overlooks how the other party is viewing the same relationship. The other person's attitude about the relationship are totally dismissed. I can't tell you how many times I have told a client that the object of their affection likes them but, and I do mean BUT, they are both not on the same page when it comes to making a commitment.

This is not to say that the relationship will not flourish and become more serious ,it only means that in order to have a good relationship in the first place you have to respect the speed of the other person when it comes to reaching the same point. Most relationships that have any significant meaning to them are most likely past life relationships and the cords that bind the two people together are still attached in this life time. The psychic reader has to make sure that the client approaches the reading about a relationship with an objective view of what is being told to them.

Some clients try and debate with the reader and badger the psychic until they get the answer that they want instead of the answer that they need. When getting a psychic reading it is beneficial for both the psychic and the client to leave the Ego in another room because the Ego's job is to protect and display a bravado attitude. A psychic with an EGO driven personality will not allow the client to disagree with what is being told and the EGO driven client will block out what good advice and future possibilities are being foretold.

Pretend for a moment that you are both going to a United Nations meeting where the overall attitude is "neutral." Balance. The universe likes balance and out of cahos comes balance and order.

Mercury Retrograde WHAT??????

Many of you probably already know what a Mercury retrograde period is all about but for a few new comers to the world of energy and metaphysical allure,Mercury retrograde periods are still a bit confusing. Did I mention confusing? Exactly! When the little messenger planet Mercury decides to move backwards and do it's version of Michael Jackson's "Moon Walk",there are bound to be upsets and delays.

We are about to enter a Mercury retrograde period starting on May 6,2009 and lasting until May 30,2009. Mercury will be in the sign of Gemini at the start of the retrograde period and move backwards into Taurus before turning direct on May 30,2009. These three week periods of backward motion happen roughly three times a year and if you know what to expect or should I say "not expect" you will be all the wiser during this often times frustrating phases of Mercury.

Here is what you should anticipate. First try to avoid having any electrical work done and don't buy any new appliances,computers,ipods or other communication devices during this period. You will most likely have problems with them since Mercury rules electrical products. What It Is Like To Be A Psychic Reader?

You must have wondered at one time or another what it is like to be the psychic reader on the other end of the cards. Most clients of psychic readers seem to have a glamorous idea of what the profession is like. There is a tendency to think that it must be really cool to be able to look into the future or to know when something unknown is about to happen. Imagine holding a live wire. That is what a rattled client is like for the psychic reader. I suggest to my clients that they make an appointment therefore giving them time to settle down before their session. Venus Retrograde The Ultimate Love/Money Hangover

In case you haven't been aware of what has been going on in the heavens for the past 25 days (starting on March 6,2009) I will clue you in. We have been in the grips of a Venus retrograde. Thank heavens that Venus doesn't do this backward dance too often. Once every two years or so is enough for me. Venus rules not only love but also money including all things related to beautifying and the arts. This Venus retrograde has been particularly painful since Venus is going backwards through the sign of Aries. Venus in Aries is debilitated by sign since Aries is ruled by Mars which is quite the opposite of Venus.

   We all know about that men are from Mars and women are from Venus thing anyway. Venus had been doing the Limbo under the Mars Limbo stick and the stick is getting lower and lower. Instead of raising the bar a few notches we all now have to bend and be super flexible if we don't want to crash and fall concerning all matters related to Venus. How frustrating has it been to wait for your payments,a loan approval,the phone to ring or some other Venus related venue. It is no surprise that the economy is on life support and pink slips are flying around. This isn't the best time to launch a new look or do something drastic with your hair. You may hate your choice once Venus goes direct in mid April.

   Maybe there is a bright side to the Venus retrograde. We are being given a chance to take a look at how we think about our finances and learn to make due with what we have. On a large scale the greedmeisters on Wall Street have done their part in sucking most people dry of their energy (since energy is converted into and measured by money in most instances) and the low energy victims of the most recent financial debacle are out looking to loot what little psychic energy is left.

Professional psychics, astrologers and light workers are sometimes too expensive for the would be "smash and grab' energy thief so the next intended source is the person who seems to be coping well in spite of the constant barrage of media driven financial meltdown news.
