Aromatherapy is
the use of aromatic essential oils for psychological, physical, and
extrasensory well-being. This healing art has its roots in antiquity. Every
scent has a vibration that helps the body recalibrate its energy and recover
from a stressful situation. Scents are specially blended for the individual by
a trained aromatherapist, and either inhaled by the patient through a diffuser
or directly massaged into the skin. This practice takes into account the fact
that your physical body will resonate to certain frequencies depending on the
state of your health. A healthy body typically has a range of 62–78 MHz, with
disease beginning at 58 MHz. If the frequency drops to 58 MHz or below, cold
and flu symptoms appear; at 55 MHz certain chronic diseases and conditions
appear; at 52 MHz Epstein-Barr syndrome appears; and at 42 MHz, cancer is a
real possibility. Death occurs at 25 MHz. Everything, from the food you eat to
the thoughts you think, has a direct effect on your physical body which, as you
now know, is a direct manifestation of your spiritual self.
Following is a list of some of your most vital body organs
along with their associated ranges of frequencies. As you shift and awaken into
higher consciousness these rates can increase by at least 10 percent—not
surprising, really, since you now hold more light.
Body Organ Frequency in Megahertz
Ascending Colon 50–60
MHz
Descending Colon 58–63
MHz
Heart 67–70 MHz
Liver 55–60 MHz
Lungs 58-65 MHz
Pancreas 60–80
MHz
Stomach 58–65
MHz
Thymus 65–68
MHz
Thyroid and Parathyroid 62–68
MHz
Studies have shown that the frequencies from essential oils
can create an environment in which disease, bacteria, viruses, and mold cannot
survive. These oils also keep the chakras spinning at the right vibrations. You
can actually raise your overall frequency by using the proper essential oil or
oil blend.
Your body is very sensitive to the outside frequencies that interact
with its own vibration. Having an
argument with someone can lower your frequency; so can eating the wrong
foods. Your body is so sensitive that
even holding a cup of coffee—or a negative thought—can have an adverse effect
on your body’s vibes. It is a proven fact that when you inhale essential oils,
your bodily frequency can return to normal within 21 seconds. Research shows
that essential oils have the highest frequencies of any known natural
substance. They start at 52 MHz and go as high as 320 MHz (pure rose oil). The
frequencies of essential oils have the ability to help restore and maintain
optimal health, and create an environment in which stress (the precursor to
disease) can’t prevail. They can also raise your frequency high enough to enable
you to tap into the spirit realms.
Your chakra centers handle and process your body’s
electromagnetic energy. They also serve as vortices for the flow of energy from
the physical to the subtle bodies (emotional, mental, and etheric). Certain
essential oils support this unique physio-psychic system, especially as you
shift into higher states of consciousness.
Following is a list of your chakras and the essential oils
recommended for each, along with a troubleshooting guide. Keep in mind that a medical
professional should be consulted before you attempt to self-treat any problem
or condition.
Root Chakra: The
best essential oils for your root chakra include peppermint, cedar wood, clove,
patchouli, ginger, vetiver, frankincense, myrrh, cardamom, laurel, and
sandalwood. The body parts governed by the root chakra are lymph system,
skeletal system, the digestive system, and the lower extremities. If this
chakra is blocked, you will feel fearful, anxious, insecure, and frustrated.
Physical indicators such obesity, anorexia nervosa, and knee troubles can
occur. If you experience any of these conditions in those areas of your body, investigate
the areas in life where you don’t feel grounded. Your psychic sense of smell,
clairscent, can be fine- tuned by using these scents.
Sacral Chakra:
Essential oils for your sacral chakra are ylang-ylang, myrrh, coriander, rose,
geranium, jasmine, cinnamon, tangerine, pine cypress, rose geranium, and
patchouli. The main body parts governed by this chakra are the reproductive
system, sexual organs, the bladder, the kidneys, and the middle spine. If this
chakra is blocked, you may feel emotionally explosive, become manipulative, and
become obsessed with thoughts of sex. Physical problems show up as kidney
weakness, a stiff lower back, constipation, and muscle spasms. Water retention
is associated with this chakra, particularly if the emotions are greatly
repressed or not expressed in the most effective way. Clairgustation, or
psychic taste, can be honed by using these recommended essential oils.
Solar Plexus: The
solar plexus chakra is best maintained by using lemon, ginger, carrot, juniper,
rosemary, oregano, vetiver, peppermint, citronella, lemongrass, cedar wood,
marjoram, vetiver, cinnamon bark, cardamom, and valerian oils. This chakra
center governs the stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, and small intestine.
When this chakra is out of balance you will lack confidence, act confused,
worry about what others think, and get depressed. You will also have difficulty
concentrating, an inability to make decisions or judge a situation accurately,
and trouble taking action or getting things done. This chakra is where boundary
issues come into play.Physical problems include digestive difficulties, liver
problems, diabetes, and food allergies. Your psychic sense of precognition,
your “gut” feeling, is best maintained with these oils.
Heart Chakra: The
heart chakra is changing and expanding during the time of transformation and
oils such as melissa, frankincense, bergamot, carrot, lavender, marjoram,
sandalwood, hyssop, laurel, spikenard, camphor, and cinnamon bark. This chakra
encompasses the heart, lungs, circulatory system, shoulders, and upper back.
When this chakra is out of balance you may feel pity, paranoia, jealousy,
anger, and dependence on someone else for your happiness. Physical problems
include heart attack, high blood pressure, insomnia, and difficulty in
breathing. Your psychic sense of touch, psychometry, along with psychic healing
touch is kept in optimum frequency by using the recommended essential oils for
this chakra center.
Throat Chakra:
The best essential oils for your throat chakra are chamomile, catnip, cypress,
spruce, carrot seed, lavender, spearmint, frankincense, and geranium. The body
parts associated with the fifth chakra are throat, neck, teeth, ears, and
thyroid gland. When this chakra center isn’t in tune, addictions, the need to
criticize, habitual lying, lack of authority, and indecisiveness can present
themselves. Physical problems and imbalances will show up as sore throats,
mouth ulcers, swollen glands, thyroid dysfunctions, laryngitis, voice problems,
and gum or tooth problems. Clairaudience, your ability to hear in a paranormal
manner, can be maintained and honed by using the oils mentioned.
Third Eye Chakra:
The clairvoyant abilities of this
chakra are best served by essential oils of cedar, spruce, rosemary, oregano,
thyme, linden, and clary sage. This chakra is vital to your transformation and
evolution into higher consciousness. It relates to the brain, neurological
system, eyes, ears, nose, and pituitary and pineal glands. Imbalances in this
chakra show up as a fear of truth, bad judgment, compromised emotional
intelligence, and a distorted concept of reality filled with confusion. Physical problems manifest as tension
headaches, migraines, visual defects, near-sightedness/far-sightedness,
glaucoma, cataracts, and sinus problems. Keep your psychic abilities of
telepathy, astral travel, connecting into parallel lives, and
clairvoyance/psychic sight in balance by tuning your frequency to the aromas of
the oils mentioned here.
The Crown Chakra:
This chakra bridges the gap between body and spirit. The best essential oils
for your crown chakra includes cistus, myrrh, and angelica, lavender, rose,
basil, rosemary, and ravensara. This Chakra is associated with the top of the
head, the brain, and the entire nervous system. When this chakra is unbalanced
there is a constant sense of frustration, joylessness, mental illness, senility,
and destructive feelings. Conversely, when this chakra is balanced, we have
access to both the unconscious and subconscious. Physical problems include
severe migraine headaches and depression. The master extrasensory sense
associated with the crown chakra is Divine knowing; the recommended essential
oils will help keep you plugged into the main source of the Universe.
The Diaphragm or
“Buddha Belly” Chakra: This new chakra is kept at the right frequency by
using pure essential oils such as ylang-ylang, lavender, geranium, sandalwood,
and blue tansy. This chakra relates to the diaphragm and lungs. When this
chakra is unbalanced, emotional drama is usually the result. Physical
conditions include breathing problems, asthma, weight gain carried around the
midsection (stress weight). Using the essential oils listed here will help in keeping
this chakra clear and balanced, which in turn will help you process emotional
energy and avoid drama.
The Thymus Chakra:
This newly formed chakra responds best to pure essential oils such as myrrh,
orange, and petitgrain. This chakra relates to the thymus gland and the immune
system. This center contains the entire pattern for your DNA as well as your
cellular memory from all life incarnations. When this chakra is weak, blocked,
or imbalanced, enmeshment, over- protectiveness, greed, and anger may result.
The physical symptoms of an unbalanced thymus chakra are autoimmune conditions
such as rheumatoid arthritis. This chakra helps you regulate the intentions
behind your thoughts so you can achieve the best results when using your newly
opened psychic sensory system. The oils mentioned previously work well with
this chakra center.
The Eighth Chakra:
This energy center will be activated during your evolutionary shift, and sits
about an arm’s length above the crown chakra. The essential oils for this
chakra are neroli and, of course, rose, which has the highest frequency. This
chakra, the energy center of divine love, spiritual compassion, and spiritual
selflessness, connects into your aura and the Akashic Record, the master
recording of all of your incarnations. Because this chakra is so closely
connected to the Divine it usually does not contain any shadow emotions or
imbalances; if the other chakras aren’t in balance, however, it will not open
up. When this chakra is balanced we reach beyond the material and psychic
planes and into the full-blown spiritual dimensions, which are supported by the
recommended oils for this chakra.
Aromatherapy is as much an art as it is a science. The aroma
from essential oils can be useful for healings, for beautifying, and for
inducing the necessary frequencies to rev up your psychic senses. Plus, they
are so intriguing to use!
